Great facilities. Ladies loos that flow quickly so not long to queue. Great hall, good sound and views. A great concert by Rick Astley. Staff all friendly and helpful and easy movement around the venue. Will definitely consider other events here in the future

​Went there in the last Halloween to see Marilyn Manson and it was an amazing experience! ​This is a smaller venue, but it’s better than the massive arenas. You get a much closer view of the stage and a fantastic, high-energy atmosphere. ​The only minor issue was the audio sound system, which felt a bit off. That was likely down to the artists' own sound engineers rather than a venue issue. ​Overall, a fantastic place for live music.

I came here to see kraftwerk. I found the venue easy to navigate and the staff very good with security. The only issue was that entrances are described as doors 1-9, but seating is BLK A, B etc, which makes it difficult to know where you should go in. Plenty of staff on hand to help though.

My partner and I went to see UB40 and we had the delight of Maxi Priest first, absolutely brilliant night, my partner also lost his phone behind the back if the top deck stage and the staff were bang on it and returned it safely, well done guys. Would highly recommend BIC to all my friends and family.
