Cineworld — Holidayin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic cinema experience! Cineworld at Holidayin really exceeded my expectations. The seats were incredibly comfortable, the picture and sound quality were top notch, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The staff were friendly, professional and made you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walked in — special mention to Maryam who was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone! Will definitely be returning. 🎬✨ — Riko

Went for a Saturday afternoon film. Bought snacks and drinks was served quickly due to a lovely lady opening another till when she noticed a queue. The gentleman who saw to our tickets was great at telling us where the screen was as we’d not been to this cinema before. An hour into the film, it go really cold in the room. I couldn’t concentrate and my legs started cramping, my nose was cold and I wasn’t the only one because my partner was also saying he felt the same. We decided to report feedback to the manager, who said the air con was controlled elsewhere and kept saying there was nothing he could do to help despite us telling him we didn’t feel like we’d ever return due to the awful conditions. He said to come back on Thursday to speak to the actual manager… silly idea really when I have work during the week and he could have resolved it there and then saving us time and making us feel appreciated instead of mugged off. Won’t come back again due to his attitude alone.

I went to the arcade within the cineworld complex with my 12 year old, 3 year old and mum on a Monday so this review is fir the arcade only. It was very quiet we had the entire arcade to ourselves and played a variety of games, (hungry hippo, air hockey, basketball scoring game, racing game) I have to say I belly laughed playing air hockey with my elderly mum so it was a lovely memory. My kids won a few tokens after playing applicable games which they redeemed at the till for sweets. As it was a weekday (my daughters school in Leeds had a teacher training day) it may not be realistic to what it's like on a weekend but we had a great laugh and moved on to the nearby nandos which was fresh and delicious and no wait time. Parking I believe was a couple of quid per hour at the carpark across the road. All in all a nice day out.
