Had a great time here playing both bowling and pool with friends. The venue was clean, fun, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to Muhammad and Destiny for their excellent customer service and for making our experience even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic afternoon and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun activity with friends and family.

We visited today 23/2/25 and the customer service we received off all of the staff was going above and beyond. Particularly a young man named hamza (sorry if that’s wrong) his interaction with my daughter meant the world and she really felt like a princess. Working in hospitality myself I understand day to day entailment of keeping the customer happy and he knew the assignment and delivered. We had a great hour or so and will definately be back at the weekend with more family. Thanks 🎳

My daughter had her birthday party here over a month ago, unfortunately we won’t be coming back for a party, it was so unorganised from the person who was supposed to be helping. We asked for the ice creams to be given out straight after the food and the man said he was going to get it, after waiting for nearly 20 mins (couldn’t find anyone to help) I asked someone else to get the ice cream! The children were getting fed up of waiting and many of them left without their ice creams too. If there’s a party, the host should try make sure the party is accommodated properly and not leave them for hours without checking in. I don’t recommend it.

Booked the VIP section for a couple of games today. The service was top notch and the prices for bowling, food and drink were very reasonable. This is our 2nd visit in the last couple of months and we'll certainly be back again soon that's for sure!! Only slight downside was that the air hockey table took my money but didn't work but - it was only £3 so not the end of the world. If you're parking in the attached car park (Vicar Lane I think), don't forget to validate your parking by putting your car reg number into the tablet at the desk - you'll get free parking! 10/10, would fully recommend and we'll be back soon!
