Cosy Cottage

Litcham Common, a designated Local Nature Reserve with open heathland and woodland, is within walking distance of Cosy Cottage, as is The Bull pub. The cottage sits in the village of Litcham itself, surrounded by farmland with access to scenic routes across the area. Day trips to the Norfolk coast, Norwich, and nearby market towns are all straightforward drives away.

The cottage has two bedrooms sleeping four: a kingsize and two singles with a z-bed, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs there is a living room with wood burner and smart TV, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. You also get an enclosed patio with garden furniture and on-site parking. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The property works for families (a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are on hand), dog walkers, and couples wanting a quiet break. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside.
