What visitors say
Stayed one night, very friendly staff and happy. Nice size pitches. Clean and tidy site. Good facilities EHU, water, grey water disposal and chemical toilet. Had washing machine and dryers. Approximately £3.00each for washing machine and dryers. The showers and block was clean and tidy. Little expensive at £25 per night. Walked into Swaffham on Saturday morning. About 20 minutes, good market selling fresh produce and a mixture of Antiques and Bric a brac. Would stay again.

Me and my partner were residents on this site for around 7 months, everything was lovely until the original managers came back to site after disappearing for a few months and suddenly came back much to everyone’s surprise. The winter months arrived and they decided to lower everyone’s electric to 10 amps as the electric supply was going down on the whole site spontaneously for hours at a time so nobody could use their heating or any electrical supplies in minus degree weather. The site came to a standstill and at times being told they had gone out for the day so if the electric goes out the site would have to stay without power until the evening when they get home. The attitude to any queries or questions about how people were supposed to live like this were simply ‘go cold’ or ‘if you don’t like it - leave’. There was no compassion for anyone including the elderly and unwell residents on site or people with mental health. We were then punished for airing our views and sticking up for the site and our amps were reduced to 6amps meaning we couldn’t even boil the kettle with the tv on without it tripping and that’s without the heating on. We were told we had to leave the site within 7 days for stating this was unacceptable. Bearing in mind we always paid full rent and on time despite all of the issues. The management only care about selling their gas bottles for extra income and paying less electric for the same rent from residents. The community on site is lovely and we have made lots of friends we will continue to stay in touch with but the management are the problem. Also if you don’t like the smell of weed this is not the site for you.

Lovely adults only site that is dog friendly, but very peaceful. Owners are lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Spacious well kept facilities incl washing machine. Grass, hedges and flowers kept immaculate. The site has a bus stop outside and nice dog walks straight from their property. Swaffham is a little market town, very close and has plenty of supermarkets, eateries and independent shops.

Nice secure site, stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of March with the dog to explore the surrounding area. Good location for Sandringham etc.. THE BEST SHOWERS!! I'm only in my second year of campervan ownership, but I can honestly say the showers here are the best I've experienced. Shower head the size of a small pizza & enough pressure + heat to make me forget that it had been snowing for 48 hours during our stay. The automatic lights in the shower block seemed to turn off too quickly when I was in the shower... On a few occasions I had to leave the lovely warmth of the shower to wave my arms around in the hallway until the lights came back on - make sure to take a torch with you! Nice walk from the rear of the site along an old disused railway line for a 30-minute walk with the doggo. Fab on-site WiFi - tested at over 30mbps with multiple routers. No children allowed so site is nice & quiet apart from some slight road noise, but nothing that kept me awake even with the pop-top roof up.
