Rose Cottage

Breckland sits within easy reach of three of Norfolk's main draws—the coast, the Broads, and Norwich itself—all within about half an hour's drive. Rose Cottage is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom property sleeping four, positioned to serve as a base for exploring any of them. The cottage is yours alone for the duration of your stay, with parking on the road outside.

Ground floor holds a living room with a wood burner and Freeview Smart TV, and a kitchen/dining space equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (4ft 6in), one with two singles (2ft 6in each). The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and a heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are provided, along with initial fuel for the wood burner. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The back garden has a patio with BBQ and garden furniture. The property is non-smoking. It suits families or friends wanting a countryside retreat with straightforward access to the Norfolk coast, inland waterways, or the city—or simply somewhere quiet to sit by the fire.
