What an amazing place! We stayed at Mill Cottage in late September and had one of the best weeks we have ever had for a UK holiday. The Cottage is beautiful, well decorated and equipped but above all just felt like home immediately on walking in. We were really lucky with the weather and decided to spend most days sat by the water with my husband, Dad and his wife fishing. Whilst the sun on my face and peace and quite was the highlight for me, for my husband it was the incredible fishing. Huge Pike, the likes I have never seen before, Dace, Chubb, Roach and the odd Cray fish! All to the back drop noise of the gushing water. It was such an amazing experience, all on your doorstep. All we can do is recommend Mill Cottage, after all, we booked for next year straight away. Thank you to the owners for making such a beautiful place available.

Had an amazing 50 th birthday celebration in mill cottage. Everything about the cottage was special, enjoyed some really cosy times in front of the log burner. Lisa and David were great hosts and really helpful when we needed them, went above and beyond for us. Looking forward to going again
