Scarning Dale Cottages - Lodge Cottage

Scarning Dale's 25 acres of grounds contain woodland, meadow, a lake and designated walking paths—ideal territory for exploring on foot or watching wildlife without leaving the property. Lodge Cottage is a single-bedroom annexe on the ground floor, with its own enclosed garden and sitting area, overlooking this rural landscape. The North Norfolk coast is within reach for beaches and nature reserves, while the Norfolk Broads lie 40 minutes away, offering boat hire and waterside dining.

Inside, an open-plan space combines living, dining and kitchen areas with a double bed and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped for cooking; essentials like bed linen, wifi and heating are included. Guests have access to the shared heated indoor swimming pool (available for private use by arrangement), table tennis and a snooker table. There is a carport for one car, and a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in an external utility room. One well-behaved dog is welcome, kept on a lead outside the garden. No smoking is permitted, and there is an unfenced pond and lake in the grounds to be aware of.
