Elder Cottage

Bridgend sits in South Wales with easy reach of both inland walks and the coast at Porthcawl. Elder Cottage occupies a quiet spot at Cae Gof Recreation Ground, giving you a genuine escape without cutting you off—a pub is within a mile and the village has a shop and post office within walking distance.

The cottage itself holds three bedrooms (a kingsize and two pairs of singles), one bathroom, and sleeps six. Downstairs there's a living room with a smart TV, and a kitchen-diner with an electric oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. You have a patio and garden to use, with parking for one car on site. One dog stays free of charge. Essentials like bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are covered.

The setup suits families or groups wanting to cook for themselves and spend time outdoors. A travel cot is available if you need one. No smoking is permitted inside.
