Apple Tree Cottage sits in the quieter corner of Broadland, part of Norfolk's countryside where villages sit between the coast and the Broads. The cottage itself is older—built two centuries ago with period beams still visible—but fitted out for modern comfort. You get the whole place to yourself: a living room with wood burner, dining room, and conservatory to spread out in, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two singles, sharing a bathroom with shower over the tub.
Everything needed for a self-catering stay comes as standard: bed linen, towels, wifi, and heating. The wood burner has initial logs provided. Outside, an enclosed garden has furniture and somewhere to store bikes; parking is on site. One dog or cat stays free. The cottage doesn't permit smoking indoors.
For exploring further afield, shops and a pub are a mile or so away. Holt—a proper market town with independent retailers and restaurants—lies ten miles off. The coast at Holkham is fifteen miles; Wells-next-the-Sea, the Norfolk Broads, and various family attractions including a dinosaur park and racing venue are all within a drive. Norwich is also reachable for a day out.
