Auckland House is a detached cottage sleeping five across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs, you'll find a living room with a woodburning stove and Freeview Smart TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. There's also a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, another has two single beds, and a third has a single; the main bathroom has a bath with shower over it.
The cottage sits in Foulsham, a conservation village in Broadland, and dates from around 1815. You have private parking for two cars and a front garden. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and the initial load for the woodburner are all included. One well-behaved pet is welcome at no extra cost. No smoking indoors.
The location puts you within reach of Norfolk's main attractions—the coast including Cromer, Blakeney and Wells-next-the-Sea; the Norfolk Broads around Wroxham; and Norwich itself with its castle, market and independent shops. Aylsham, home to the Bure Valley Railway, is nearby. The village itself is quiet; check-in is from 15:00 and checkout by 10:00.
