What visitors say
Lovely and very quaint seaside proper old school loads of cracking lite pubs and eateries. The beach is a pleasure also can get busy at weekends but plenty of room. You will not be stuck for a place to eat or drink but warch the seagulls they are a menace.

Beautiful coastal village with a nice sandy bay to relax and enjoy the day. The beach has a shower and toilets. Very close to the beach there is a great ice cream parlour called Morellis where I had a lovely ice cream. People were very friendly. I had a great day (I went by train from London, very easy journey albeit long, so I cannot comment about the parking).

Loved it stay from 9.30am to 2.30 , rented loungers and parasol from the beachut #1, high tide beach really lovely and good swimming. Low tide bit of a trek to water through scaling sand . Toilets pretty awful. Lots of teenager groups. Security on the steps down to beach stopping any alchol to be carried to beach . All in all good beach, parking nearby and plenty of restaurants locally.

I've never really heard about Broadstairs because people would usually go to Margate or elsewhere, but what a gem it was! Didn't know there was an event when we went there (July 29), so I was able to see fireworks and carnival. Although a lot of people, the beach was still spacious enough for everyone. I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH BROADSTAIRS. Good thing we found an accomodation at the beach front
