Nethercourt Touring Park

We booked in for 3 nights to explore the area in our motorhome. The site was very clean and tidy and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Good location for exploring Ramsgate, we walked into the town which took about 40 minutes, there is a bus stop close by with regular buses into the town. On the second day we had a 15 minute walk to the railway station and caught a train to Broadstairs which was a short ride away. The only reason I marked the site down was due to old toilet facilities with no hot water in wash basins due to a problem. If I was in the area again I would use this site again.

This is my second visit to this hidden gem. It is in an idyllic location, down a long and sweeping driveway through parkland. You are literally just off the main road, but there is no traffic noise whatsoever. Just birds , trees and foxes playing in the evening sunshine 😊 We enjoyed a lovely walk around the grounds with the dog and watched the sun set.... It is quite an extensive site, but we were lucky enough to come on a quiet weekend on both occasions. So chose to park up in the old walked garden, that is close to all the facilities. Large toilet block, washing up room, games room. Tumble dryers.

Stayed last year for 9 nights , great little site and in a handy location,being Motorhomers we use public transport to get around which is right outside the site ,easy access to ramsgate by foot,or buses to Margate and broadstairs , shops within walking distance and a few local pubs nearby , the site itself is quiet and peaceful good to relax ,the owners are friendly and helpful ,looking forward to visiting again this year .
