The Olive Branch occupies a sixteenth-century building on Broadway's High Street, close enough to the centre of the village to reach everything on foot within a few minutes, yet quiet enough at the back to sleep well. It has built its reputation as a family-run bed and breakfast, previously recognised in national Best of British Bed & Breakfast awards, largely on the strength of its breakfasts and the attentiveness of its hosts.
All eight bedrooms are ensuite and include a fridge, welcome tray, television and hairdryer, giving a comfortable standard for a guest house of this size, and the full English breakfast served each morning is a genuine highlight for returning guests. The building's age is evident throughout, with low beams and period windows giving each room its own character rather than a uniform, chain-hotel feel.
As a smaller, independently run property, room numbers are limited and it fills up well in advance during the summer months, so early booking is advisable. It suits visitors who want a personal, traditional bed and breakfast experience within walking distance of the High Street rather than a full-service hotel.

This is an utterly fantastic place to stay! Pam, the owner, is beyond wonderful. Everything is absolutely top notch. Our room, #8, was lovely. It's plenty big enough, had a firm, comfortable bed, and the bathroom is top notch. Possibly the best thing here is the lounge. There's port and sherry for everyone, and you can stop for a while to chat with fellow guests. Beautiful!

The OBGH was the absolute perfect home base for our 10 day romp around the Cotswolds. Although a local and fiercely loyal to Broadway as “best of” in the region proprietor, Pam was the most gracious and knowledgeable host anyone could ask for. Breakfast, rooms, garden, parking complimentary prosecco, location get highest marks, but the staff made the experience truly exceptional. We can’t wait to come back … friends for life!

Stayed here 10 years on from our last visit and had a fantastic time. Pam is the best host in the world and all the extra touches just make the whole experience amazing. Breakfast is unbelievable especially all the home made bakes - definitely won’t be leaving it another 10 years to return !!

Really nice, very well run B&B. Very clean and comfortable. The owners daily fresh made Banana Bread is a must have!! Nice peaceful quiet location.
