The manager is always helpful and friendly , always has a smile on his face for everyone no matter how busy the place is. Nathan in the climbing area is amazing with the kids, fun , supportive and always makes sure the kids have a lovely time.

The area designated for children under 4 years old should be properly supervised by staff. Unfortunately, bigger children are using this space, which makes it difficult and unsafe for younger toddlers who also want to play there. The rules should be enforced to ensure the area remains safe and suitable for the youngest children. Also, since we are paying the same price as for older children, that area should at least be reserved for the little ones it is intended for. Additionally the tables were dirty, which made the overall experience even more disappointing.

Massive SoftPlay, Great Food, Gets the kids tired even after just an hour, loads to do, parking is good as well as seating (if you arrive at the right time)
