Outstanding little campsite! The booking process was easy and Gill was very helpful. We were greated warmly on arrival and given a choice of pitches. The facilities were simple but nice and clean. Shower was powerful and warm. A beautiful and peaceful spot to camp. We hope to return.

Friendly manager, fantastic views, pub near by, clean facilities, great pitches, good walks near by , only down side is the nearest shop is 9 miles away so stock up before you arrive. Really good value for money as a lot of these sites are taking the mickey now 👌

We arrived on the 3rd of November and stayed until the 6th. We arrived to a clean tidy pod lights on the porch turned on so we could see are way. They provided us with a fridge, kettle and radiator inside which I wasn't expecting so very happy, the view when you get up in the morning is stunning. We met the farmer and he's a little quiet but very friendly. There is an onsite kitchen if you want a microwave, also with a kettle, coffee and, teabags. It's very remote which we like but the buck inn was closed so we had to travel a little down the road on Tuesday for food. There is also a lovely little pup called The George Inn I highly recommend you try, it's straight out the farm turn left and follow the road all the way down you can't miss it about 30 minute walk or 4 minutes drive. All in all one of the best places I've been I'm honestly scraping my traditional 4k holidays abroad and coming here all the time it's so peaceful if you want to just relax

Camped over the weekend. Exceptional value, clean and modern toilets and showers, communal fridges, scenic pitches, well maintained, excellently situated.
