Campsite near Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales with showers, on the edge of the national park.

About Heber Farm - DUPLICATE

Heber Farm sits at the threshold of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, with moorland and fell walking starting virtually on the doorstep. The campsite is in Upper Wharfedale, a valley of stone villages and becks, close enough to Buckden that you can reach the village on foot in a few minutes.

The site has showers. There is a pub, The Buck Inn, just up the road in Buckden for evening meals or a pint. The setting suits anyone drawn to the Dales for walking, cycling or simply being in open country; this is not a destination for those seeking beach or coastal scenery.

Our family stayed for two nights this weekend and had a wonderful time. You couldn't ask for more welcoming hosts or a more beautiful setting. We arrived after dark, and both Gill and Gary met us and showed us to our pitch, which was lovely. Despite being next to huge hills, the pitch was level, and the gravel tracks made it easy to park. Although we didn't use them, toilets are available a short walk away. Wifi is available and worked really well. A welcome pack was provided with suggested walks and local amenities. We tried the local pub/restaurant twice, and it is definitely worth visiting. The food was amazing! Definitely worth a visit!

One of the best sites we’ve stayed at! From the warm welcome from Tom to the special touches from owner Gill, the whole experience was first class. The certified site has spectacular views and we fell asleep to the sound of waterfalls and sheep. Lots of walks and/or cycles from Buckden. A great shower, and hand cream in the toilet was a treat. Thanks team!

Beautiful campsite, although not the easiest to get to with a caravan. We loved how quiet it was with just the sound of the river for company and stunning views.

Beautiful campsite, in stunning countryside. Ideal for walkers and cyclists. Handy little bus every 2 hours to Skipton. Campsite owner really friendly and obliging. Well worth a visit
