Wayside Cottage

Wayside Cottage is a detached Grade II listed property in Padbury, a Buckinghamshire village with a pub, butcher and footpath access to the countryside. The whole cottage is yours for the duration of your stay, with private parking for three cars and a back garden with patio and seating.

The ground floor contains two living spaces—one with a woodburner, smart TV and French doors to the garden, the other quieter—plus a dining room and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, Aga, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast area. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with roll-top bath and shower cubicle; two further bedrooms have single beds, and there is an additional shower room. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all provided, along with initial fuel for the wood burner.

The village sits three miles from Buckingham, where you'll find independent shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. The property has steps at the entrance and in the garden, and there is a covered pond in the grounds. Smoking is not permitted.
