My room was small but perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean! The hosts were extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for me. Will absolutely stay again if I’m down in Bude! Breakfast was delicious also! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Rooms are a little small but the beds are comfortable giving you a good night's sleep. Breakfast was well cooked and very filling. Located by the golf course right in the middle of town and only a short walk to the beautiful beaches.

Great value with the individual touch! My stay was arranged at very short notice and Joanne and Dave went out of their way to settle me in. Exceptionally clean with great facilities which include hair dryer, towels, handwash, hair/body wash, tea, coffee (inc herbal and de-caff), biscuits and kettle. Breakfast had a large number of options and was very enjoyable. Joanne and Dave are clearly very organised with their business and provide a detailed book of information about their guest house which demonstrates that they pay attention to detail and maintain a safe and clean environment. I managed fine with parking as the only time you cannot park on the road directly outside is between the hours of 11am - 4pm and there is a pay and display car park down the road. With the good value price at the guest house, this means that it is possible to pay for the car park if needed.

An immaculate b and b. A super comfy bed and great breakfast. The hosts were lovely and a great view over the golf course, we couldn't get parking on the road but there is a big car park just across the road £6 a day.
