About The Old Bakers Cottage B&B
An electric vehicle charge point in the car park is a clue that The Old Bakers Cottage B&B has moved well beyond its old trade as a bakery. Set on Duffield Lane in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, it's a B&B with a surprising spread of extras for its size, alongside the free on-site parking guests need for a stay in the area.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi, with drinks available in room and breakfast included to start the day. Beyond the bedrooms, the property runs to a restaurant and bar, a gym, a spa and sauna, and an indoor swimming pool, plus a garden for quieter moments. It also handles bigger occasions, with meeting rooms and a wedding venue on offer, backed by concierge, business services, laundry and luggage storage for anyone passing through on business or pleasure.
Outside, there's no shortage of options nearby, with pubs, restaurants and other eateries within easy reach, along with local entertainment for evenings out. It's a B&B built for both a short overnight stop and a longer stay, with enough on-site facilities to keep guests occupied without ever leaving Duffield Lane.
