Hob Cote

Hob Cote is a 17th-century stone cottage near Hebden Bridge, completely renovated and equipped for a comfortable stay. The three bedrooms sleep five: a kingsize, a double, and a single, with a walk-in shower room serving them all. Downstairs, the living room has a wood burner and TV, while the kitchen is fully fitted for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, along with initial fuel for the fire.

The grounds are the real draw. Front and back gardens offer distinct spaces: the front has a south-facing patio for meals, while the rear centres on a private hot tub for six, with a gas BBQ nearby. Beyond that, tiered gardens lead to a hut at the top with its own wood burner—a quiet spot to sit out whatever the weather brings. There's parking for one car. The property is on its own, non-smoking throughout, and one well-behaved pet stays free. The location is semi-rural; Hebden Bridge's galleries, restaurants and independent shops are a short drive away.
