I had such an amazing stay at the Novotel Cambridge. From the moment I arrived, the experience was fantastic. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, modern, spotless and very comfortable. One of my favourite parts was the amazing facilities they had available, including the gym, sauna and spa. It really made the stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some proper self care. The whole hotel had such a lovely atmosphere, and the attention to cleanliness and comfort really stood out. I would definitely recommend staying here and I’d happily come back again in the future.

I had the most wonderful staycation here and couldn't recommend it enough. It felt like a true escape without leaving the city. The facilities are fantastic—I especially loved taking my time in the gym, sauna, and pool area. The rooms are comfortable, clean. We also had dinner downstairs at the Gourmet Bar&Restaurant, and the food was delicious (highly recommend the Mediteranian platter starters!). The absolute perfect place to completely switch off and relax.

After a long journey, arriving at Novotel Cambridge North was exactly the welcome I needed. Although I arrived around 11:00 AM, well before the official 3:00 PM check-in time, Andi greeted me with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. From the moment I walked through the door, he made me feel truly welcome. Andi was kind enough to check if an early check-in was possible. I really appreciated the effort, and it was a great start to my stay after a long trip. Customer service like this is rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Andi, for making such a wonderful first impression and for representing the hotel with such professionalism and care. I highly recommend Novotel Cambridge North, especially because of team members like Andi.

A lovely, spacious hotel with a bar, restaurant, friendly, attentive staff, pool and sauna. One eyelet in the curtain was broken, and a bulb in the flashlight-style reading lamp on one side of the bed was out – both very minor. At the end of the evening, the toilet began to fill slowly, so it would not flush as usual. Reported all to reception, who apologised, assured us that it would be attended to, and offered to move us, but as we were only staying one night, we turned it down. Overall, the hotel is bright, spacious and airy, and the communal areas are very comfortable. The sauna and pool, as well as the changing rooms, are all top-notch. with towels provided at reception. Breakfast was top-drawer. I have had marginally better, but this was right up there in quality and diversity, and again, the staff were first-rate. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat! Just one extra thing to bear in mind. The car park next door does not belong to the hotel, so there is a charge for this. We stay just under 24 hours and it cost £16.80, so factor that in. I give the location 5 stars because there is no air or road traffic. and the hotel is very quiet. there are buses every 20 minutes into Cambrige as well as the train station next door.
