What visitors say
We have been going to Northey Lodge for over a year now and I have to say it is a hidden gem ...... The welcome we get from Andrew is incredible and he always goes above and beyond for you..... He is friendly and kind and nothing is ever any trouble for him....... The Site is clean, tidy and well managed...... The pitches are set among beautiful trees and once pitched up it is one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed....... The toilet and shower facilities are really good as is the laundry room...... The Site has a tourist information area where you can find out about local attractions and a wealth of books for you to borrow during your stay....... There is a workshop that you can use for a small contribution to the electricity and a place where you can wash your caravan or motorhome...... The pitches are spacious and you never feel on top of anyone and the 16 amp electricity and water is all included in the price of your stay........ The Site is very secure and also offers storage at very competitive prices....... In summary it's a fab place, well presented with Andrew managing it to perfection........ We just can't stop going back.......😊

We got there for 3 days. Day 1 me and my girlfriend arrived between 3-4 pm, on day 3 I went in the morning to see my friends in Peterborough believes that I paid for 3 days which is a 72 whole hours, but the greedy owner multiple times bothers my 19yo girlfriend that the time on site was only till early morning. I got angry, have to drop all I doing and back to the campsite to talk with the owner. But some people are good to talk only when they paid. If for example you arrive for one day at 10pm you have to leave very early in the morning. Loads of workers on site as well as many travellers with the horses. I will be in the area for another two weeks, but the layby will be much better option. Owner have my phone number as I called him 3 times, I paid for site, I deal with everything, but the owner decided to bully my girlfriend who knows nothing about it! In the area is nothing interesting, good just for workers and travellers.

A lovely and peaceful campsite. The place is clean, safe and clearly cared for with love. The owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help — you feel like a guest, not just a customer. A perfect spot for relaxing or storing your camper long-term. Highly recommend. Thanks Andrew!

Stayed here when we got my passport renewed in the town center. Such a nice and accommodating guy. Also turned up late and he was still happy to have us. If we are ever in the area again we will be stopping here. Thanks
