The Den

The Den is a self-contained garden room sleeping two, built as a separate annexe from the main house. Everything you need is provided: electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, and a welcome pack awaits on arrival. One dog stays free. The bedroom holds a super king-size bed with fitted wardrobes, a dressing table with hairdryer and lit mirror, and a smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and discreet low-level lighting. A sliding pocket door separates the two spaces.

The open-plan living and kitchen area gives you room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. There's a separate dining zone, freeview smart TV in the lounge, and an enclosed back garden with patio seating and a barbecue. An electric vehicle charging point is available at cost. Parking for two cars is private and on-site. No smoking inside.

Herne Bay's seafront is a short walk away; Canterbury's city centre is within easy reach for day trips. The location suits couples or solo travellers wanting a fully independent base with proper facilities—there's genuine space and comfort here, not a cramped studio setup. Check-in is from 15:00, checkout by 10:00.
