Lovely open play gym, welcoming staff members who are super friendly and provide amazing food at a good value. Yes, children can be loud but every play gym is like that. Some children can be a little mischievous but that's the parents responsibility to watch there children. There's also a bouncy castle which the kids absolutely love as you never see a bouncy castle in a play gym.

This place is filthy - thick dust clinging on the walls and on the beams and chains overhanging from the ceiling. Wood on the ceiling rotten and flaking. The carpet is heavily worn and the soft play area feels grimy with heavy dust in between the railings on the baby play area. Black mould on the walls. One of 2 toilets doesn’t work. My nose can smell foist and dust. Won’t be coming again.

I would advise against taking toddlers here, as its full of older children who are feral and bully the younger children. None of the other parents were watching their children's terrible behaviour, they were free to steal food and drinks from tables, bully and attack the toddlers and the staff do nothing about it. We took our 3 year old son and he was stopped from going on the bouncy castle by an older child, we told him to ignore the child and go on it as he loves bouncy castles, the older child then attacked him for going on it. Older children took the toys he was playing with just to be mean to him and the most alarming incident was there was a bag in the play area and an older child tried to put it over out sons head which could have suffocated him, fortunately we are responsible parents who always watch him so.we prevented the child doing it. We also had a drink stolen from.our table by another child with the parents oblivious to their children's terrible behaviour. We went here because we're considering booking a birthday party here, but after visiting we will never book or attend this place again.

This place has always been disgusting and filthy. Unfortunately I have been suffering this place for years as it is the only large play area for miles. It’s a running joke in the area how disgusting it is among parents- but we all end up here ! It is always busy. There’s black mold, food is always stomped into the carpet, the most awful toilets, randomly taped areas, badly attempted repairs. I could go on and on. The kids love it - but it is really GRIM!!
