Cych Cottage sits on Lletty Farm in rural Carmarthenshire, surrounded by acres of grounds that include the ruins of a 13th-century long house, ponds, and open countryside. The valley views stretch across the landscape from the cottage's private terrace. Cardigan Bay's beaches lie within reach, as do the market towns of Cardigan, New Quay, Aberaeron and Carmarthen. A pub with outdoor seating is within a mile.

The single-storey cottage is arranged on one floor: a living and dining room with exposed beams and a multi-fuel stove, French doors opening to the terrace; a galley kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; a double bedroom and a twin room, both with beams; and a bathroom with bath and shower. A lawned garden, sitting areas and a BBQ surround the property, with parking for two cars. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, and initial logs for the stove are included. There are steps up to the terrace. No smoking.
