Number 4 is a traditional cottage built from local stone in Llandeilo town centre, with views across the Towy valley. The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for real cooking – electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is a toilet on this level and access to a small rear patio overlooking the river. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one double and one with twin beds, served by a family bathroom with both bath and shower.
Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. One dog can stay free. The cottage allows street parking with a permit included. No smoking inside. The pub is fifty yards away; the shop equally close. Llandeilo itself hosts literature and music festivals, and the town serves as a base for the Brecon Beacons, historic castles at Carreg Cennen and Dinefwr, and the botanic gardens of the valley. West Wales beaches lie about twenty-five miles south.
