About Brynhyfryd Farm
Tucked into the Carmarthenshire countryside just outside Llandeilo, Brynhyfryd Farm is a small, well-kept site where peace and space come as standard. The owners keep numbers deliberately low, so there's plenty of green breathing room – ideal for letting the dog roam or simply spreading out without battling for elbow space. Electric hardstanding pitches suit tourers nicely, and while facilities are straightforward (showers, toilets, washing-up area), everything's maintained with pride. Campfires and barbecues are allowed, adding to the relaxed, rural feel.
The Brecon Beacons National Park sits less than ten minutes away, offering hiking, biking and Dark Sky Reserve stargazing, while Llandeilo itself – a 20-minute stroll – boasts the National Trust's Dinefwr estate, complete with castle ruins and reputedly one of Wales's most haunted houses. A couple of local pubs serve food if you fancy an evening out. It's a modest, unpretentious base for exploring this corner of South Wales – nothing flashy, but genuinely welcoming.

What visitors say
Absolutely beautiful campsite, spotless and very well maintained. Level pitches and great clean showers. Quiet and peaceful, I met the owners who were lovely. Highly recommend and have stayed several times.

A fantastic campsite, very clean, very thought out. The pitch was perfect ground and the facilities were extremely clean. Lots of leaflets for local businesses, as it should be. Eynon and Wendy checked in on us and other campers and were extremely helpful and caring to the campers. True Carmarthenshire spirit and community values. We will be back again and highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay here as the shower and toilet facilities are good. The site is spacious, quiet and beautiful countryside surroundings. However it was a last minute booking as I was in a tent and they don't usually accept (not available on pitch up site) and they don't have washing up facilities yet. 4* due to no tents yet but 5* if you're in a caravan or camper and like a quiet site

Lovely quiet spot with carefully tended pitches. Nice mowed walk through woods for dogs and humans!
