Old Milking Parlour

Old Milking Parlour opens directly onto a single open-plan space where the kitchen, dining area and living room flow together under one roof. Natural light pours through generous windows across estuary views. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: electric hob and cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and wine cooler. A woodburner sits in the living area, and both bedrooms and the bathroom are accessed from this main space without stairs or corridors—everything on the ground floor.

Each bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in) and a smart TV. The bathroom contains a roll-top bath and double shower with a heated towel rail. At the back, a private hot tub overlooks the garden, with patio seating and furniture for outside. Parking for two cars is included. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and woodburner fuel are all provided, along with a welcome pack on arrival.

This is an adults-only property in a coastal village setting. No smoking is permitted inside. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out before 10:00.
