This ground-floor apartment occupies a clifftop position above Pendine Sands, with a newly refurbished balcony and terrace looking out to the beach and coast beyond. The open-plan living space contains a sitting area with Freeview TV and French doors to the balcony, plus a kitchen fitted with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Two bedrooms—one double, one with bunk beds—and a shower room complete the layout. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are provided, along with underfloor heating throughout.

The balcony is furnished for sitting out, and a terrace overlooks the sands from above. One car can park on site. The resort itself sits at the edge of Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, with a seven-mile beach where cafés and shops line the sand. Laugharne, the town associated with Dylan Thomas, is a ten-minute drive away. No smoking is permitted in the apartment.
