The Coastal Path runs past, making this a good base for walks and cycling without leaving the immediate area. Pembrey Country Park, the Gower Coast's beaches and coves, and various gardens including the National Botanical Gardens are all within reasonable driving distance.

The whole space is yours: an open-plan living area with patio doors onto a balcony, a kitchen with full cooking and dishwashing facilities, three bedrooms (sleeping six), and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. You have private parking for one car on site. The nearest pub and shop are half a mile away; a restaurant is 200 yards off. Note that access involves steep spiral stairs, and the property is non-smoking.
