This converted barn holds seven bedrooms across two floors, with six bathrooms and a wet room, sleeping up to 16 people. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen equipped for cooking, and direct access to a large enclosed garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. A games room with pool table provides entertainment indoors when the weather turns.

Upstairs, bedrooms vary between kingsize and single beds, each with either an ensuite or shared bathroom facilities. The top-floor bedroom includes a pull-out single and a proper bath. Essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are included; a welcome pack, cot and highchair are on hand for families with young children. The private hot tub is available year-round. A pizza oven can be arranged if needed, and there is ample parking and bike storage on the grounds.

The property sits near Tanylan Farm in coastal Carmarthenshire, with views across Carmarthen Bay. Note that farm vehicles operate in the grounds, and the no-smoking policy applies throughout. One pet stays free of charge.
