The Old Vicarage is a restored 1800s house in Laugharne, Carmarthenshire, sleeping up to 10 across five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The property retains period features—stone walls, slate flooring, high ceilings—alongside practical additions like wood burners and oak flooring. Each bedroom has an ensuite or access to a bathroom, and the house includes a dedicated cinema room on the lower ground floor, a games room, and two further living spaces with woodburners.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven, hob and Aga, plus a dishwasher, American fridge and wine cooler. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; logs for the wood burners too. A private hot tub sits in the enclosed garden, which also has a terrace and barbecue. The property takes one pet at no extra cost. Parking for five cars is available, though there are 20 steps down to the rear parking area from the garden. Non-smokers only. Laugharne lies near Castell Talacharn and the Carmarthenshire coast, making this a base for exploring west Wales rather than a retreat from it.
