Rolling farmland surrounds Towy Cottage, which sits on working land near Llandeilo in Carmarthenshire. The area is predominantly rural—fields, hedgerows, and quiet country roads—though the market town of Llandeilo lies within reach for shops and cafes. Nearby Dinefwr Park contains a medieval castle; Brechfa Forest and the Brecon Beacons are accessible for walking and cycling.

The cottage holds two bedrooms (one double, one with bunk beds) and sleeps four. Downstairs, the living room has French doors opening to the back garden, where a five-person hot tub sits ready for use. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer included. Upstairs, the bathroom has a shower over the bath. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered, plus a welcome pack on arrival.

One dog is welcome and stays free; the enclosed garden provides a secure space, though the surrounding sheep country means dogs must be kept on a lead. Parking for three cars is available on site, and there's a bike store. The property does not permit smoking. No children's age restrictions apply; travel cots and highchairs are available.
