Get yourself a fix of the outdoor life on a family-run farm near Castlemorton Common, where stacks of dreamy views roll over the Malvern Hills and sheep nibble away in the background. This is simple, scenic camping at its best – electric hardstanding and grass pitches kept in fine condition, with basic facilities including an Elsan point and standpipe. A level gravel track makes arrivals straightforward even without a four-wheel drive.
Walks spotting wildfowl around the gorgeous Golden Valley start within minutes on foot, while Eastnor Castle's grounds are just 10 minutes by car. Dogs are welcome year-round (on leads on site), and the surrounding commons and hills make superb canine territory. Four country pubs sit within easy reach – the site team will happily point you in the right direction – while Ledbury and Great Malvern are 15 minutes' drive for supermarket stops.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the delightful hosts, setting the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. The site is an absolute paradise for dog lovers—and for those without a canine companion, it doubles as an excellent cardio workout destination, complete with scenic walks and charming local pubs as your rewards. These incredible hosts have thought of everything, including a gate that leads directly onto the common, where you can wander for miles, play football with the kids, or simply bask in the beauty of the outdoors. The nearby pubs are conveniently accessible via picturesque footpaths (though do expect a bit of mud—it is November, after all!). For fellow dog enthusiasts, this place is nothing short of Spaniel Heaven. It’s clear that dogs were kept in mind when creating this haven, but it’s equally perfect for anyone who appreciates a welcoming, active, and well-connected getaway.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Roseville campsite. I turned up with very short notice and received a friendly welcome. The place is small and peaceful with lovely views and was kept very tidy and clean. It is close to the Malvern Hills which have countless great walks so I ended up staying an extra night too.

What a beautiful, quiet and scenic place to stay. So good we are booked in again in July! Thanks Caroline for the welcome and flexibility. We’ve really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!
