Barley Cottage is one of seven stone cottages clustered around a courtyard at Brongwyn, a few miles inland from Cardigan Bay. The property sleeps 5 across three bedrooms: a super kingsize, two singles, and another single. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Ground floor has an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Freeview TV is available, and wifi runs throughout. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.
The cottage has its own rear garden with seating and a barbecue. Guests also have access to a shared children's play area within the site, and parking for two cars on the grounds. No smoking is permitted inside. Walking routes begin from the doorstep and lead toward the coast; several beaches lie within easy reach, including Mwnt with its distinctive white chapel, plus Aberporth, Tresaith, Llangranog and others along this stretch of Ceredigion. Fishing is available nearby. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.

We stayed on the campsite in a big tent with electric hook up. Staff were so helpful, owners lovely and we had a great experience. There's a woodland walk to take your dogs, great play area for kids, games room and a indoor swimming pool etc. The shower block and washing facilities were always clean and the place well maintained and tidy. We had food from the onsite Bistro and it was delicious. The only thing I would say is as a camper you have to pay for the pool facilities but under 4s are free - people renting cottages get it complimentary. There are times for adults only and times for families. You pay per session and not for the day. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic place! Really friendly staff and owners. Great spa facilities and pool; nice gym. Family friendly with adult only sessions. And to top it all there will soon be a bistro opening there. We live locally so haven't stayed in the cottages, but it's a lovely site with a great play area.

The caravan and camping site is great. The toilet are spotlessly clean and tidy. Showers are OK. Been to the site many times. Great location. Food shopping just down the road. Safe for kids, and a nice little play area for younger children. Never stopped in the cottages, but they look nice from the outside.

Currently on holiday here, I've damaged my knee and the owner was lovely helping us by trying to move us closer to the shower and toilet facilities. He was unable to do so but the thought and phone call meant alot. There's great facilities here, games room, spa, pool, Picnic area and play ground. Haven't used any yet as we've been to cardigan bay, booked a dolphin watching boat. So far fantastic place. Electric and water is close to each pitch, very clean site. Defiantly recommend for families and couples.
