Cefn Y Gwynt is a substantial five-bedroom property in the Ceredigion countryside near Newcastle Emlyn, set up entirely for groups or extended families who want space without feeling cramped. Downstairs holds the main kitchen and dining area where ten can sit together, two separate living rooms (one with a wood-burner, one quieter), a games room fitted with pool table and dartboard, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shower room. Upstairs are the five bedrooms; two have their own en-suites, and three share the family bathroom. Heating, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are provided, along with fuel for the wood-burner.

The enclosed rear garden contains a hot tub for eight, a pizza oven and gas barbecue, with sitting-out space and garden furniture.
