Churn Cottage

Cwm Tydu beach lies just over a mile away, and from there the Ceredigion coastline stretches in both directions—dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and the possibility of spotting bottlenose dolphins in Cardigan Bay. A short drive reaches New Quay and Llangrannog, where boat trips regularly depart in search of wildlife, and restaurants, pubs and shops line the seafront. Inland, the Preseli Hills and Cambrian Mountains offer walking routes through some of Wales's best-preserved landscapes.

Churn Cottage is a ground-floor property sleeping four across two en-suite bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with two singles. The open-plan living space centres on a woodburner and solid oak kitchen-dining room, with a TV and DVDs to hand. You have a full kitchen for self-catering, underfloor heating throughout, and wi-fi. Outside, a patio with barbecue and garden furniture sits enclosed on the grounds. The property is part of a small estate with shared access to an outdoor heated swimming pool (open late May to September, 9am to 6pm), tennis court, and countryside trails through rolling farmland and hills. Parking for one car is provided at the cottage, with additional public parking on the estate. No smoking indoors.
