Five Bays View

Five Bays View sits on one level above a Ceredigion clifftop, with unobstructed views across Aberporth, Tresaith, Penbryn, Cwm Tydu and Llangrannog beaches. The Cardigan Bay Heritage Coast Path runs nearby, good for coastal walks and dolphin spotting. Aberporth itself is within reach for fresh seafood and a functioning harbour town atmosphere; the beaches themselves offer golden sand, rocky outcrops and gentle waves depending which one you choose.

The house sleeps eight across four bedrooms: two doubles at 4ft 6in, bunks, and a single with a pull-out single. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and one with a bath and shower over. Downstairs is all on one level—living room with patio doors to the garden, an open-plan kitchen and dining area with an electric cooker, Rayburn, dishwasher and washing machine. A utility room holds the fridge and freezer. Essentials like electricity, bed linen and wi-fi are included; the Rayburn is heated between December and February. Parking for eight cars sits on the drive, with an external garage containing a tumble dryer. The garden is large with a balcony, garden furniture and a barbecue, though it does have steep slopes. One dog is welcome. No smoking inside.
