Ty-Coed

Ty-Coed is a detached two-bedroom cottage where you get the whole place to yourself, including a private hot tub on the rear patio. It sits within a small complex of seven properties near Cardigan in Ceredigion, though your cottage is entirely yours. The ground floor layout keeps everything on one level: a combined living and dining space with a woodburner and Freeview Smart TV, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and full-size fridge, and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. One bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in) and the other has two singles (3ft), sleeping four in total.

Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and firewood are all included. The kitchen is set up for proper cooking rather than holiday basics. There's private parking for two cars and a garden with patio furniture. Dogs stay free and have access to a dedicated exercise field on the complex grounds.

The wider site offers shared facilities including a heated outdoor swimming pool (open May to September, weather dependent), games room with pinball and air hockey, children's play area, and a BBQ zone with picnic benches. It's about 5 minutes' drive from Cardigan and close enough to the coast that the beach is within reach for a day trip. No smoking in the cottage.
