Aberporth is a small coastal village in southern Cardigan Bay, well-positioned for exploring west Wales. The beach is a hundred yards away, and the village centre—with its pub, café and restaurants—is an easy walk. Ty Cornel, an 18th-century corner property, sits among the oldest buildings in the village and has been restored while keeping its original character, including exposed beams in the living room.
The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: two kingsize rooms upstairs, and a ground-floor bunk room suitable for children. There are two bathrooms, one ensuite to the first-floor bedroom. Downstairs, the living room has a wood-burner, and the open-plan kitchen and dining space opens onto a patio where you can sit outside. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included. Private parking for two cars is on site. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property is non-smoking.
The location works for families wanting beach access without travelling, or as a base for the wider region: Cardigan's castle is a short drive south, and fishing trips on the River Tiefi operate locally.
