Ty Henri is a stylish property in an elevated position with sea views, on the edges of Tresaith near Cardigan. The cottage has two ground floor bedrooms with en-suites, which can both be offered as a twin or a super king-size double. Upstairs is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area leading to a raised veranda with sea views, and communal lawns as well as off road parking. Ty Henri is next door to a hotel. One well-behaved dog welcome - additional pets upon request & charged at £20 per stay (payable on arrival to property manager) Important: This owner will not allow any dog breeds that are listed on the current UK banned list or any cross breeds thereof. For any avoidance of doubt, this includes: XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro. Any dogs of these breeds/cross breeds will be turned away and you will not be provided with a refund.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Communal lawned gardens plus private raised decked veranda with private hot tub and furniture - decking can be accessed from outside steps. One well-behaved dog welcome - additional pets upon request & charged at £20 per stay (payable on arrival to property manager). Outside hose for washing down bikes and dogs. Secure Bike Storeage area with a rack that bikes can be locked. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 10 mins walk downhill (longer coming back). Note: Check in 4pm.
