Ystwyth House

Open the door to Ystwyth House and you step into a ground-floor living space that flows from a sitting area with Smart TV through to a dining zone and kitchen. Everything you need for self-catering is here: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. From the decking, you walk straight onto the beach—no road to cross, no five-minute trek. On fine days, this is where you'll spend hours.

Four bedrooms spread across the first and second floors: a kingsize and a double with its own balcony on the first floor, then two more doubles (one with balcony access, one a zip-and-link super kingsize that splits into singles on request) above. Two bathrooms with heated towel rails serve the lot. There's parking on the road outside. One small dog stays free, and a welcome pack is provided. Linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included.

The village of Borth sits right here—cafés, pubs, shops and a boutique cinema within walking distance. Dyfi National Nature Reserve protects wading birds and red kites; Borth Wild Animal Kingdom is a short drive away. Snowdonia and the Rheidol Valley are accessible for day trips. Non-smokers only.
