What visitors say
Our first and last time here, check in on our booking said 3 our caravan wasn't ready until 4.45. Then when we went to make the bed the matress protector had a huge urine stain on it. The delay checking in was the van was awaiting inspection hmm the inspector wasn't good. We are here for a music weekend, today we went to get ready to go see the first band only to find the shower doesn't get hot. We have now missed the first band as we are awaiting a plumber. Very disappointing that van passed inspection. Our first caravan experience not good.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, the park smells of weed no matter what time morning and night, mattress is springy and uncomfortable left both me and my partner in pain, travel cot was paid for but was not in the caravan when we arrived. Our little boy had to stay somewhere else the first night as it was too cold and heating wasn’t working. If you want to go on holiday and do chores this is the place for you.

Absolutely incredible the best place on planet earth amazing staff,amazing entertainment including arcades, mini golf and pool and Absolutely incredible food no complaints at all from me this place is as if heaven itself was on earth best time ever definitely will be going again and I recommend everyone else else too

Caravans were nice, site was clean. Clubhouse isn’t big enough for the site so unless ur standing queuing outside for an hour before it opens then ur not getting in, disappointing to have brought club passes to then be unable to actually use them.
