Golden Palm Resort - Palm Grove 1

Chapel St Leonard's sits on the coast between Skegness and Mablethorpe, with sand and shingle beach within easy walking distance. Golden Palm Resort occupies the village centre, putting you near shops, cafes and amusement arcades as well as the seafront. Palm Grove 1 is a ground-floor caravan that sleeps six: two bedrooms (one double, one twin) plus a sofa bed in the living room, with one shower room serving the whole property.

The layout keeps everything on one level. The kitchen comes equipped for self-catering with a full cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The living area combines seating with a dining space, where you can eat before heading out or after a day on the beach. An enclosed veranda outside gives children a secure play area and lets everyone sit in the fresh air. Essentials including electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are provided; a cot is available if you need one. The resort has a shared heated indoor swimming pool, changing facilities and parking for one car. One dog is welcome, though the property is non-smoking.
