The staff had already turned heating on in the rooms before our arrival so the room was lovely and warm. The staff were very friendly and polite and we were made to feel welcome. Vegetarian sausages were provided in the morning upon request but not many. The only minimal recommendation I would make would be to make some more effort with breakfast for vegetarians please. Free parking and not very far from Alton Towers Resort so great location.

The location in cheadle is absolutely beautiful, as someone who doesn't live around hills like that, it was so lovely seeing it all. The receptionists were super helpful and friendly and sorted any issues we had right away and were apologetic that we had no towels when we arrived. The breakfast was a lovely spread buffet which was really nice. Our view of the pond outside was really pretty. And it is close to pretty much everything walking distance, which was super helpful for us.

I wish I had taken photos for you. As someone who has worked in the cleaning industry for years, I can say our room was cleaned to the highest standard. Generous tea/coffee/biscuits in the room with homely mugs- Not tiny cups! A peaceful nights sleep with a view of the carp pond. The breakfast was the best part! Freshly cooked and well seasoned ingredients, with so much choice of breads, sweet continental, freshly prepared fruit, and the full english hot breakfast that you can help yourself to as much as you wish. All staff were smiley, welcoming and lovely!! I cant wait to return! Or can I just live here?....

A real gem of a guest house! Everything about our stay was stress-free and exactly as we hoped. The location in the centre of Cheadle was perfect for our weekend at Alton Towers (approx 15min drive). The family room was very clean, spacious (even with 3 beds), and had all the basic amenities we needed for our stay. Breakfast was a cooked breakfast and a continental selection, to which both were very good. The host was very welcoming and provided an exceptional service throughout. The free on-site parking was another bonus which we made use of, along with a lovely garden area. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would certainly book again when we are in the area. Thank you for a great stay!
