I stayed at the Cleeve Hill Hotel B&B after walking 12 miles on the Cotswold way and it was absolutely lovely! Lindsay was so kind and attentive to anything you could’ve needed as a tired hiker. The amenities were so beautiful and clean, one of the best sleeps I’ve had on the trail. The breakfast was delish- made by Lindsay herself! I cannot recommend this bed and breakfast enough, whether you on hiking the cotwold way or looking for a quiet getaway- this is the perfect place in a picturesque location!

This was a wonderful break from our more cramped rooms above pubs (although often still nice). Cleeve has spacious rooms and ours had a terrific view. We did taxi to and back after our walk, but that worked fine. We found the host very kind and she provided us all the info needed to make our stay comfy. The whole first floor is for guest use withblarge qindows with views and there is a boot room which is great because even if your shoes are not muddy, you have likely been tracking through animal waste all day and who wants that in your home or room. Hot water, comfy beds, all good. The breakfast was fine- not the best I had, but it was good enough to fuel another walk.

My sister and I stayed at Cleeve Hill Hotel while walking the Cotswold Way. After a long day of walking, the Cleeve Hill hotel was an absolute delight! We were greeted by Rachel and shown to the most comfortable twin room. Lindsey was so hospitable and served us a most delicious breakfast. They have obviously thought of every detail to cater to walkers. We wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back some day! Thank you Lindsey and team!!

The staff is **terrific** and super helpful. The rooms are a good size for 2. The view is fantastic. But we do have one suggestion. This is a pet peeve of ours. Women are 51% of the population and most often have long hair. I also have grown my hair out a bit. For the love of god, add hair conditioner so we can be tangle free… why is it ok not to include this as a basic toiletry. Most hotels understand this basic concept. Cheers
