The Old Workshop Barn
Cherwell
This converted barn in Cherwell sits within walking distance of Cropredy village and the Oxford Canal. A single bedroom cabin with one bathroom sleeps four—a double bed with storage and a double sofa bed that can be pulled out for two more. The building retains its character while equipped with essentials: a kitchenette with two electric hobs and a wood-burning stove, shower, toilet, and electricity throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside, a large deck overlooks farmland. The wood-fired hot tub is the focal point, though there's also a fire pit with chairs, a gas barbecue, and an outdoor table. Ordnance Survey maps help you navigate local footpaths and bridleways that lead across the farm or connect to the Jurassic Way and Battlefields Trail. The canal towpath is nearby for gentler walks. Firewood and firelighters come with the booking; extra supplies can be bought on site. One dog is welcome. No smoking.
