Ruskin

Ruskin is a two-bedroom cottage in the Cheshire market town of Sandbach, arranged entirely on one level. You enter into a living room with a smart TV and gas fire, which opens into a combined kitchen and dining space fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and wine cooler. There is also a separate sun room. The bedrooms sleep four in total: one double bed and two singles. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower cubicle. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included.

The garden is enclosed and contains a private hot tub for four, plus seating and furniture. Parking on site accommodates two cars. The property does not permit smoking. Sandbach town centre, with its medieval cobbled market square, shops, cafés and pubs, is a mile away. The Peak District National Park is within reach for walking, Alton Towers is roughly an hour's drive, and Manchester, Liverpool and Chester are each about an hour away. Sandbach train station is approximately one and a half miles from the property.
