The ground floor combines living space with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, while an ensuite bath serves the main bedroom upstairs. Parking for two cars and one dog are included; the farm requests that pets stay on a lead in the grounds, which contain several unfenced ponds.

Essentials like electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are covered. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooker and fridge-freezer. A shared external utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer sits nearby for laundry. The property opens onto a sitting area with garden furniture, and guests can access a barbecue and children's play area shared with other cottages on the farm. A pub lies within a mile's walk.
